Payment
Payment can be made either online by credit card or by post using personal cheque.

Online credit card payment
Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery of your merchandise within Singapore if payment is made online. Shipping outside of Singapore varies for different countries. We shall advise you on the estimated delivery via email.

Personal Cheque
If payment is by personal cheque, please allow an additional 5 days for the clearing of the cheque. To order by cheque, just mail the confirmation slip together with the cheque to this address: diabetes.com.sg LLP, 167 Jalan Bukit Merah, #05-12 SR10, Singapore 150167.

Prices
All prices quoted are nett, and quoted in US dollar. Apart from promotional prices, no discounts will be given.

Delivery/Shipping Information
Delivery within Singapore would be advised upon confirmation of order. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Return / Refund Policy
diabetes.com.sg’s confirmation email of receipt of order does not constitute an acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell on the part of diabetes.com.sg. diabetes.com.sg reserves the right to reject any order or payment and to fulfill orders partially without prior notification and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

All products, once sold, are non-returnable. All faulty products must be reported to Customer Service within 3 days upon acceptance of delivery. All faulty products have to be returned to us in their original packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification. Please also give a brief description of the product damage/faulty. diabetes.com.sg reserved the right to make adjustments to the published price of any product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Policy
Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned except in the following circumstances:

Product received is different from what is stated on the invoice.
Product is found to be faulty under such circumstances, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product provided the return policy procedures above are complied with.

Order Cancellation Policy
Your order is an irrevocable offer to purchase. You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after checkout has been authorised and approved, i.e. you cannot cancel the order after checkout and after having read and accepted all terms and conditions. Cancellation of order shall be at diabetes.com.sg’s discretion.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by our withdrawing any Product from the Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. By making an offer to buy a Product, you have specifically authorised us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit card number or credit reports (including credit reports on your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
